Forms

We’re happy to announce we will shortly be releasing our new version of the Forms module within Smart Recruit Online. This will bring a brand-new modern look, along with improved functionality and a host of exciting new features. ?

Here are just some of the new features you can look forward to:

Advance Controls allow for improved form creation and experience. You can now capture education and country information and have multiple option answer improvements – meaning you can choose conditional questions based on user responses. ?

Improved Analysis allows you to see percentages and other basic reporting for forms. ?

Advanced Styling means you have full control on colours, fonts, customisable logos and more! ?

DE&I Compatible feature now means you can see what areas you need to improve to increase diversity, equity and inclusion. Candidates can now fill out monitoring forms anonymously and discretely. ?
