How do I Manage my Notifications?

System notifications notify you when anything happens in your account, be it a new email, new application, job update or acceptance of an interview.

 

You may notice that you receive a lot of notifications when you start to create adverts, this is because to start with, all notifications will be turned on by default. You can set all your notifications to exactly how you want them by following the below steps. 


1. Open your Settings by clicking on the 'Settings' tab found on the bottom left of the screen

2. You will be presented with a list of different notification options which you can choose how/if you want to be notified for them

  • You can set them to ‘Off’ so you will no longer receive any email notifications
  • Email me each time’ means that you will receive an email notification each time a candidate actions something in one of your jobs
  • Group daily update’ means you will be sent an email to notify you of any updates for the previous day
    • For example, it would tell you how many applications you have had for each advert rather than on an individual basis
  • You also have the option to stop Portal Notifications too, these show as notification on the ‘Bell Icon’ along the top bar

3 Make sure you scroll down and 'Save' your changes
