Adding Additional Users

As more people start to use the Smart Recruit Online system within your business you can invite them to register as a Basic User or an Amin user by following the below steps. This will allow Basic and Admin users to see applications on adverts where their name has been added to the advert during creation.


1. Select the "Manage Users" option from the drop-down menu in your dashboard

2. Fill in new user details and send the verification email to the new user

3. Once the verification email has been sent the new user’s account will have a status of ‘Pending’ until they verify and set up their Smart Recruit Account.  As soon as this has been done, their account with have an ‘Active’ status and they can now use the system depending on their user permissions given to them at the time the account was set up.
