The Smart Recruit Online Portal gives you the ability to create bespoke permissions groups and to also determine what permission group each user will have. Follow the steps below to find out how.
How to Set up Permission Groups
1. On the Dashboard, click your name in the top right corner and select 'Manage Group Permissions'
2. Here you can manage existing permission groups using the drop-down menu or create new groups by adding the group title and clicking the + symbol
3. Make sure you scroll down and click 'Save Changes'

How to Manage User Permissions
1. On the Dashboard, click your name in the top right corner and select 'Manage Users'
2. A list of users will show, and from this list you can change the permission group and user type
