Today you may experience the following error when manually uploading any candidates to your SRO platforms:
This issue is caused by one of our licences with a third-party company we work with. We are waiting for them to renew our licence, however, until then, all failed uploads will be added to a bucket.
Once the licence is renewed, our developers will work through all the failed documents, to ensure these are uploaded successfully.
This notification will be removed once the issue is resolved.
