If you have direct relationships with other advertising companies, you will need to manually upload any candidate's CVs from these sites into your Smart Recruit Online Portal. This article will tell you how to do this.
1. Open the 'Jobs' tab from the left menu and open the job you wish to add the candidate to
- You can also search the jobs list using the right-side search, you can search using the location (postcode) or job role
2. Once in the job, click either of the following symbols:
- This will allow you to manually input the details of a single candidate, or to move a candidate from another role
- Remember to click 'Apply' once done
- This will allow you to bulk upload multiple candidatesat a time (up to 100), by uploading their CV
- For this option, you will need to download the candidates CV from the advertising site, and upload it to this section
- Click 'Upload' to upload the CVs
