How to Create Custom Statuses

Your Smart Recruit Online dashboard is loaded with a whole range of candidate statuses, for every step of the candidate journey, from Hi to Hired. However, we understand that not everybody has the same workflow when recruiting, so we have given you the ability to add as many of your own as you like. Please see below for a tutorial and workflow. 


1. Select the "Settings" option on the bottom left of your dashboard



2. Once here, navigate to the inside left set of options and select "Job Settings"



3. Navigate to the top of the page and select "Manage Status"



4. At this point you will be able to add as many custom statuses as you like by clicking the + sign on the top right corner of the page
