It is quite often that you will need to re-advertise a role from your dashboard when the need to hire for the same position arises. By duplicating an advert, it will also create a brand-new job number and reduces the number of applications back to zero so there is no confusion between old and new applications.
All details in the advert will remain the same apart from the close date which you will have to amend to a date in the future. This will also give you a chance to make any amendments to the body of the advert if you so wish. Once you are happy with the advert, you can save and continue through the next few stages, add names of basic and admin users and publish the advert to the relevant advertising channels in your subscription.
1. Identify the advert in your dashboard and click the three dots icon (...)
2. Select 'Duplicate job'
3. This will take you to an advert creation page as shown below with a new job number, all details will be identical apart from the close date which you will need to amend
4. Once you are happy with the advert, select save and continue
5. Add team members and save and continue
6. Select the publishing options and post
